| Job Description | As a Wealth Planner at PNC and a member of PNC's Wealth Management Group, you will be joining one of the largest trust and investment managers in the United States and have access to state-of-the-art software and planning tools, and extensive research capabilities. You will be based in Troy, MI. You will serve as a technical, marketing and developmental expert and resource on matters of estate and financial planning, both for prospects and client relationships. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, Trust Advisors, Investment Advisors, Banking Advisors, and market management. Ultimate goals are to assist in the acquisition of new clients; retain, expand, and deepen existing relationships; and develop talent in yourself and other service partners. Outstanding communication skills are a must, as this position involves meeting with clients and prospects on an almost daily basis. You will also be expected to use your networking skills to identify and attract high net worth clients, and develop focused strategies to create and expand relationships with centers of influence. As part of one of the largest and most respected planning groups in the wealth management industry, you will work with an exceptionally bright and credentialed group of planners and with other advisors in a team-oriented environment. You will be expected to stay current in planning developments, publish in professional journals, and maintain all continuing education for licenses and certifications relevant to the position.
