Responsibilities

  • Drive project execution of initiatives chosen by OpsEx and Innovation steering teams
  • Negotiates with homebase and offer category teams for project resources necessary to complete project scope of work
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Ensures effective communication of technical information among team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including team standards, processes, project plans, and individual project documentation
  • Create project presentations
  • Schedule, coordinate, and present at phase-gate reviews, knowledge shares, or leadership update meetings
  • Develop and participate in processes to understand market requirements and customer needs for innovation projects
  • Turn disparate feedback into tangible outcomes. Help to create mission clarity documents and direction from project submittals.
  • Supervise assigned technical team members and coordinate their work within the scope of project responsibilities

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Able to track and organize multiple projects and prioritize work.
  • Open to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfully
  • Strong team building, interpersonal/verbal/written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managers

Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, project management, construction management, or technical field.

Travel: Able to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time, with our Omaha, NE, Sioux Falls, SD, Sioux Center, IA location as your home base. Spontaneous travel may occur if needed to service a team or client. Opportunity to work remote for this role.
