Job Description
The Salvation Army is looking for a Counselor in West Michigan. If you want to use your talents to make a difference in the world, we are missioned driven, diverse, collaborative, and focused on positive results in people.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with newly admitted beneficiaries (counseling and spiritual assessments, self-sufficiency matrix, short form, and full intakes).
- Conduct classes and group sessions for beneficiaries including but not limited to interactive journaling and group counseling.
- Accurately complete data entry of case notes and services in current electronic data management system within assigned deadlines.
- State or national certification as a licensed addictions counselor (strongly preferred).

Rate of Pay: $20.00-$24.00
