GENERAL FUNCTION: Provide pro-active and effective management of trust real estate and other special assets for the Private Bank, covering of trusts, estates, and guardianships.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of 50-100 mostly residential properties.
  • Coordinate all aspects of property management within highly dynamic administration, service and new business environments
  • Assume leadership role in the oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of real trust real estate.
  • Provide articulate, reasoned and concise communication with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, third-party managers and other service providers.
  • Provide oversight services for renovations, modifications and repair projects for assigned properties, from design through completion.
  • Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court, if necessary.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Real estate salesperson license or completing course work for license.
  • Minimum of five years work-related experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Self-starter with excellent organization skills for multi-tasking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
