  1. Build and Lead the Product Marketing / Management Team

This position is responsible for building and leading the Product Marketing / Product Management Process and Team. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing, NPD Leadership, Segment Leaders, Chief Innovation Officer, and Search Chair / Committee to help drive New Product Development and Existing Product Portfolio Performance. Defining processes and building a team of product experts that will support and drive the growth of Landscape Forms will be essential for the success of this role. Relationship building is a key strategy for this role as it will require a high level of interaction with the executive team and cross functional departments well as various customer types. This individual must be able to work on his or her own, and as a member of a team, to resolve design criteria, project issues, project schedules and technical problems.

  1. Lead the Marketing Communications Team

This position will also have the responsibility to lead the Marketing Communications Process and Team, driving all branding initiatives and communications, and will work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute, and collaboratively with the Chief Innovation Officer and Director of Design. This responsibility includes guiding and leading the team in branding and marketing communications strategy, content creation, execution, and dissemination of all marketing communications for Landscape Forms' segments and brands. Responsibilities include, managing all product launches, website content, social media, print and digital advertising, email campaigns, customer-facing events, trade shows, webinars, award submissions, CEU development, public relations, directories, and marketing technology.

Criteria for Success:

Undergraduate degree, preferably in Design, Marketing, Finance or Sales. Five to seven years successful applicable selling and/or product or portfolio management experience in related industry. Must be proficient in computer applications, project management and business practices. Proven history demonstrating initiative and self-direction. Excellent people and engagement skills. Positive and creative approach to problem solving. Open to continual learning in order to operate in a competitive selling environment. Must be able to collect and analyze data, solve problems with many variables, and apply common sense. This person must possess a high level of communication both verbally and with detailed written reports for a variety of disciplines. Must have the ability to give clear instruction regarding technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences, for example, engineers, vendors, clients, contractors, sales representatives, management team and production team members.
